Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors of tntmedia.dk and to clients entering into an agreement with TNT Media, Aalborg, Denmark.

By using this website you accept these terms.

2. Our Services

TNT Media produces marketing videos and related content for business clients. Scope, price, and delivery time are agreed individually and confirmed in writing before production begins.

3. Payment

• An invoice is issued upon signing the agreement
• 50% is due at project start, 50% upon delivery
• Payment terms: 8 days net
• In the event of late payment, TNT Media reserves the right to withhold delivery

4. Intellectual Property

All produced content becomes the client's property once full payment has been received.

Prior to full payment, TNT Media retains all rights to the produced material.

TNT Media reserves the right to use produced content in its own portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation

If a project is cancelled after production has commenced, the work completed to that point will be invoiced on a pro-rata basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

TNT Media is not liable for indirect losses, including lost revenue or profit, arising from the produced content.

Our total liability shall never exceed the agreed project price.

7. Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials they provide (logos, images, music, etc.) are free from third-party rights.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Danish court.

9. Changes

TNT Media reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via this website.
